If you want to return your purchase because our sunglasses dont suit you, here are the steps to follow:

Retuns must be made within 14 days of purchase.  For a full refund or exchange, the items you ordered must be returned in perfect and unused condition. 


Contact our Online Sales Dept. at the email address info@lifeeyewear.com and notify your intention to return. Please include the order Number (e.g. #MJTU-616974), the name of the item(s) and the reason for return. 

You will receive a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) Number and the documents to attach to the package to return.


Contact the courier indicated by us and agree on the best time and place for the pick-up.

When you return a Product to us, we will examine the Product and notify you by e-mail of your entitlement to a refund/replacement within a reasonable period of time (1-3 days after receipt of returned item).


We will proceed to refund the credit card with which the payment has been made (refund will be made within 30 days, or in line with the credit card policies) and we will retain shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and duties for returning your item.


The item must not be worn; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received, appropriately packaged in its original box and securely taped.
